Cut it Free This Week from the Cricut Craft Room

I am not sure how many of you out there use the Cricut Craft room, but they have started a new thing where they have a free cut cartridge every week.  This week's cute it for free cartridge is..Life's a Party.  I do not own this one, so I thought I would give it a try.

My husband wasn't so thrilled with my choice of pictures, but I found it fitting.
I love this cute little monkey.  My youngest son loves his animals, esp monkeys, so this caught my eye.
I thought this little lion was just too cute also.

Since I don't have any super little kids for these die cuts, I thought it was just a cute, fun way to use them in a silly layout.

To use the Cut it for free this week from Cricut, you have to have the Cricut Craft Room downloaded to you computer and have a Cricut Die cutting machine.  When you log in and look in my cartridges, you will see Life's a Party, in bold black, and you can cut for free using it all week.  It is a great way to try out a new cartridge before you buy it.

ENJOY!!!!

about me

Hi Everyone,

My name is Kim and this is my very first blog.  I am a stay at home mom who home schools, loves crafts, cards & scrapbooking, I am also a foster parent for about 4 yrs now.  My life stays pretty busy and sometimes a little crazy but I wouldn't have it any other way.

I have always loved being creative.  I love to take pictures and I love to make gifts for people.  I started doing different kinds of crafts when I first got married 18 yrs ago.  I dabbled in all kinds of things, then I found scrapbooking when my first son was about 18 mos.  I was hooked.  Then I took a break from it for a few years and started back into it about 5 1/2 yrs ago.  I couldn't believe how much everything had changed and I loved it!!!!  I started scrapbooking again and trying paper crafts and card making, loom knitting, bracelet making and silk screening.  My creative outlet is what keeps me sane in my busy life!!!

I went from a tiny little table in a corner of our unfinished basement to my very own craft room that I love!!!!  It has been a slow process getting it all together but I love it and I feel so blessed!!!

I hope you will follow along on my journey of crafts, scrapbooking, kids, life and whatever else comes along!!!!
